SEXUAL BOUNDARIES AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT goes beyond the "don'ts" and "thou shalt nots" of sexual harassment to look at the ways men and women can communicate more effectively in the workplace by establishing individual boundaries.
The course begins with a look at the language of personal responsibility and how men and women can initiate the greatest change by simply being responsible for their actions and communicating responsibility effectively so it is received by the opposite sex. Boundaries can only occur when there is first responsibility taken for everything from dress, language and demeanor, to body language, relationship history and job classification.
Throughout the course are videos, music, interactive games, group activities and lectures all focused on moving participants beyond what they thought they knew about the opposite sex, into an area where men and women can appreciate, celebrate and even be humored at their differences in the work place.
SEXUAL BOUNDARIES AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT is a 1 or 2 day course, which can also be delivered in lecture format, keynote luncheons, and fits in well with management and planning conferences. The length of the course depends on the objectives of your company, organization or division.
